It’s beautiful, however it’s in our tiny guest bathroom and has only ever been used MAYBE 5 times, and when cleaning today the neck just snapped off with easy. Completely broke. Tried contacting the company multiple times today, have heard nothing. It’s Jan 2026, had installed since April 2025. So I’m gonna have to give a 1 star. Sure hope I hear something back.

Install was super easy Fit and finish is top notch Everything you need is included. Stopper does a very good job sealing if you need to fill the sink, and drains quickly when open. 2 things to point out though 1, you SHOULD use the supplied hoses. I reused my original hoses (bigger diameter) and the water pressure is way too high. At full open, it fills the sink faster than it can drain, and makes a splashy mess. When I installed the second fixture, I used the smaller supplied hoses and that faucet has normal pressure. I cannot stress enough, this was a me issue, not a product issue. I was lazy and didn’t swap the hoses. Eventually I will swap the hoses out. 2, the left (hot) knob turns as you’d expect, but the right (cold) knob is the opposite. May take some getting used to as muscle memory will have you turn it the wrong way at first. Trivial issue, but it does exist. Eh, 3rd thing. It comes with thread tape, that’s cool… you really don’t NEED it though. These fittings rely on a rubber o ring to seal. Use it if you’d like, but there’s really no need. My sinks are leak free without it. And the previous fixtures didn’t have thread tape

It’s a beautiful faucet but the gasket that helps secure the pop up drain is too small and requires silicone to fully water proof. Otherwise, you’ll have a leak.

Shopping for gold fixtures is hard. This one definitely has a more antique brass tone to it. I wish the sealing piece between the fixture and the sink was not so obvious, it's black so it sticks out. It's been installed for a few months now and is functioning well, no leaks.
