Good vitamin supplement for skin and general immune system
No real taste so swallowing is easy and comes in a nice quantity so value as well. I will continue to purchase this supplement for my own health benefit

Changed the colour of my urine
I get two types of headaches. The first type is pain across the forehead with strips of pain at the back of my head. The second is a pressure headache where it feels like a balloon is being blown up inside my skull. Almost a month after taking them, I can't say I've noticed a difference yet, but I'll keep going and I have my fingers crossed for a positive result. There was an unpleasant smell from the pot when first opened, but as long as I kept my nose away, I couldn't smell it on individual capsules. Luckily, there's absolutely no taste to them and I found them easy enough to swallow with a drink. My urine has changed colour to a bright yellow, but I'm not concerned about that.

These seem a good source of B2
The heading on the pot suggests these pills support a healthy nervous system and provide more energy. There are 120 in the pot and the dosage I have been taking is one per day. I have been taking them for a few weeks and so far have not been able to feel that I have more energy than I did before. I am taking them in combination with other B vitamins so maybe it takes more time for the effects to be felt. I have not had any obvious side affects and the pills are easy to swallow. I will continue to take them and hope I feel more energetic soon.

Not a fan of the child-proof cap either. Huge pills. And I have no idea if they are really making me healthier.
