Posture Improvement.
I have used the Cervical Denneroll previously, with great results. It was recommended by my chiropractor. The traction from the cervical denneroll pops a few of my upper back vertebrae in place relieving achy tiredness in my upper back and neck. When I first used it, it was definitely uncomfortable, but I persisted. Starting with 30 sec. increasing to 20 min each night. This was so successful I ordered the Lumbar Denneroll inspite of the poor reviews. The lumbar denneroll was downright painful! I could only tolerate a few seconds!! Hardly worth the effort! As the muscles loosen and open the vertebral spaces I began to feel the benefits as I increased my time. I walk with a free gait and feel younger! Mind you, I still cannot tolerate the lumbar denneroll as long as the neck one, but I will persist because I am getting results. My posture is better now too. I own a Teeter Inversion Board but now seldom use it. This is quicker, easier to use and does not cause headaches and gives quicker results. Be forewarned.....if you are looking for a gentle relaxing enjoyable experience on occasion, this is not for you, get a vibrating machine. This takes a little dedication, like everything worthwhile . Go at your own pace and feel the difference. This is for me!

Helpful for Light Stretching, With Clear Limitations
I used this lumbar traction roll multiple times to assess comfort and effectiveness. It provides a gentle lower-back stretch that can help with mild stiffness, especially when used on a flat surface for short sessions. However, the support is fairly basic and may not be sufficient for people with more significant or chronic lower-back issues. The firmness and design feel better suited for light relief rather than true traction or therapeutic use. One practical advantage is that it’s FSA/HSA eligible, which makes it a reasonable option to try if you’re using healthcare funds and want a simple, low-risk tool. Overall, this works best as a supplementary comfort aid, not a replacement for more structured back support or professional treatment.

Good product
I used it one time and can feel the difference. It is hard. Material is sturdy. My legs cramped. But I know to stretch first. Durable. Easy to use. I like that you can adjust for height. I will report in a month and let you know.

Useful
I like it sometimes but it’s a little bit harsher than a rolling foam piece that is round. I do get some relief but I would have picked something else not as abrasive but it does work. I just do not use it every day.

Perfect if it's use for it's purpose
This is not a really "back stretcher", it is used by chiropractor to correct the shape of your spine. A good example is if you have a "flat back". I read that some people complain that the foam is hard but it has to be hard in order to push your spine in the right direction to correct it. It's not supposed to be confortable. You need to see a chiropractor and do some x-ray before using this because you can injure yourself by not placing the foam in the right spot. Or maybe you dont need it at all because your pain comes from something completely different. I'm not even sure that is legit to sell this otc. Otherwise, if you now that you need this, the product itself is really good quality.

Great quality lumbar decompression device
Sturdy, well-made lumbar decompression device. I’m working on getting the curve back in my lumbar spine. Works great, easy to use, great price. Much cheaper than continued chiropractic visits.

Very good quality and love the fact that you can take the level of stretch up and down by removing one or two of the links to adjust the height
