The gummies tasted super good. I ate them as instructed. However, I couldn't take more than 3 separate times. As I got stomach upset and terrible, all day long, rotten smelling gas! Had to throw out as the family couldn't take the torture. So I can't say whether or not it was effective.

I am planning to take this for my early morning yoga sculpt class like 6am. When I barely wake up and it's very tired while I am taking a class sometimes. I tried this before my class and I think it works out. Maybe mentally I think this would help or it's really helping.. I don't know. It's very citrus taste but not really strong flavor.
