Great thai flavour
Sawadee! This flavours somewhat represents thai or asian flavour based in thailand. This embodies asian flavoured spiced however its lacking decent nuts combination.

There's a nice variety of things going on in this mix - some sweetness to balance out the typical saltiness you find in mixes. I don't really get a "Thai" taste to this though. The inclusion of peanuts, peas, and pineapples perhaps? It just tastes to me like a generic trail mix and while I do appreciate that this comes in a resealable bag, I don't find myself going back to this very often. Glad to have tried it and taste is subjective, but I think it's not unique for me to revisit.

I struggled a bit in rating this. This mix comes in a foil lined resealable bag. This mix tastes good. It’s salty, crunchy and a there is just a little sweetness. I like the fried corn and peas. I’ll definitely finish the bag. So why the middling rating? Well, I didn’t find anything really Thai about this. The spices and ingredients other than pineapple aren’t really reminiscent of Thai food I have had. Speaking of the pineapple, I’ve had several handfuls now and have not had any pineapple. The bold description says “7 types of nuts and kernels…” but as far as nuts goes, it’s only peanuts. Overall, I do like this mix and I will finish the bag. That said there are issues that take away from the overall product in my opinion.

I think of a few things when I think about Thai food - coconut milk, a little bit of heat, and peanuts. This snack got the peanut part right, but that's about it. It doesn't strike me as being very Thai-like. Putting that aside, it's a solid snack. I prefer a bit of salt and a bit of sweetness, and a crunch. The coated peanuts, which ethnic stores sometimes sell as "Japanese peanuts," are a classic favorite. We used to eat these all the time when I was growing up. Nostalgia aside, I think the test of a great snack is how much remains in the bag after one sitting...if there is anything left. Spoiler alert: I did not devour the entire bag. On the bright side, the bag is resealable.

This Halabli's Thai Trail Mix tastes pretty good, although I don't find it addictive the way I do other snack mixes. I expected more nuttiness and more spiciness, and the corn straws are just okay. Together, however, the pieces make a pretty good accompaniment to drinks. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

This is a good tasting trail mix but I can't say it struck me as Thai flavoring and I just went to an authentic Thai restaurant owned by people who are from Thailand and this trail mix just tasted like most every other trail mix. It tastes good, but not especially Thai.
