Carbon Steel Wok, 13-Inch, Pre-Seasoned, Non-Stick, with Lid and Spatula, Flat Bottom, Ideal for Stovetop Cooking

So far I LOVE this wok. I did a whole ton of research because there are currently such a lot of them out there. Came down to three candidates and chose the cheapest. Yeah, I am that kind of gal. And I have to say this is one beautiful piece of carbon steel, beautiful satin finish, excellent weight (not light). It heats evenly, quickly and well. It cooks as you want a wok to cook and it's little ladle included is quite nice for tossing things. I can make quite a batch of fried rice in this, as well as anything else I like. Handle is sturdy; you must put it on the wok, but it doesn't loosen at all, and is quite stable. I am glad this was my choice and I wuld choose it again. Season first with a nice coat of oil, wipe clean with paper towel and you are ready to go. Nothing sticks at all, and it is easy wipe out to clean with clear warm water.

Leider nach der dritten Nutzung Beschichtung ab. Trotz richtiger Pflege. Es backt alles an, Pfanne nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.

Stir fry fantastic

Es muy bueno oara cocinar y se siente que son buenos materiales. Ya tengo meses usandolo y al final desgraciadamente si se le termina pegando la comida en algunas partes aun con los cuidados que se deben tener.
