Perfect.

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!! I purchased this as an upgrade to the old controller on my boat and man do I regret it. For starters, one of the pins that the control cables attach to was damaged from the factory (smashed) so I spent an hour filing it down so that the cable would fit. Then, first time out on the water, the trim up switch started sticking and caused my motor to continue to trim up while underway. This wasn’t the button hanging up on the handle but an internal problem in the cheap switch. The real problems started on my second trip out. While 36miles from the dock, my outboard blew the ignition 12v supply fuse. Luckily I had tools and extra fuses and made it back. While loading the boat on the trailer I had to replace the fuse again when I tried to restart the engine. After a day of troubleshooting, I traced the problem back to the ignition switch, which came with this controller. The switch is so cheap that just a slight bit of too much pressure on the key and it will short out . I have an OEM controller now and no problems.

Working after trial and error

When you have the unit installed and try to get the cover on it's almost impossible. You have to loosen it up to get the small flimsy catch to engage. Then the whole cover is held down with a (1) small sheet metal screw. Otherwise It's fairly good.

Pin that holds the throttle cable end on was mushroomed from factory. Unable to fit cable in on as well as the cotter pin.

It was just an item that I just couldn’t use at the moment. I had to go a different route for the customer.

It was as described. For my re power of a remote for my boat motor.!!

Direct replacement with key added. All connectors were plug and play. Included new Instrumentation alarm speaker as well. One hour install and land based functional test was perfect.
