these work very well because of the angle and the brush on the end their the only things that will get under my implant bar by the gums I have an old implant system

these are great go betweens, but sometimes the wires bend and/or break prematurely. They are not the strongest, but they do work well. i have more space between my molars on one side than the other, so I start with the roomier side, so they don't bend immediately, but these are great for what I bought them for. Because of the price I alternate between these and some cheaper, rubber ones that don't break. the size is perfect though and it works great for what I have purchased them for.

These were recommended by my periodontist and my dentist. They work well to remove larger food particles that get stuff between the teeth near the gumline - something particularly true with fibrous foods. It is necessary to use these narrow brushes where teeth are close together, and therein lies the problem. The narrow brushes are on a thin wire core that is easily bent. Once it bends it is toast and cannot be used. I would strongly suggest that the manufacturer consider a flexible plastic core instead of a wire. The core needs to be flexible enough so that it will spring back if it bends. I suppose that the manufacturer plans to sell more by making them more rapidly disposable, but they are doing no favors for consumers. So, you should only buy these if you have some money to burn and are willing to buy multiple replacements.

Bend very easy and then not usable. I have teeth that are very hard to get floss between them sometimes. I was hoping since these were supposed to get between braces that they would be sturdy enough to clean between my teeth.

My dentist recommended these and I find that even after brushing they dislodge tiny food particles between my teeth. They come in different shapes and sizes, so try several and use the most effective one regularly.
