Upon opening the package, memory card was not included, only the camera was received in its box packaging sealed in plastic cover-all. (Recorded the unboxing of package in video as proof no memory card was included) Camera suddenly shut down after a few minutes of using. Tried charging, a steady red light was showing, but was blinking rapidly afterwards then got shut off completely. I unplugged, and plugged the charger again but no more light indicators showing. Even after removing the battery, putting it back in and charging it again, but to no avail - not charging nor working. I already requested for product replacement , i hope the replaced item will be working properly AS BRAND NEW and will receive the memory card as advertised.

getting hot after use

I boughy this on 11Jul. First, the SD card is not working. Second, i only used this canera twice, it gets very hot acter a few minutes of use. Now it stopped working. Its not turning on even if the charger is connected and even if i leave it to charge after a few hours. I removed the battery and put it back a few times, it still wont turn on, its not even 1 month old. Return period has passed on 28Jul. Is there a service center in dubai?

Ich hatte nur zuvor die 2 Versionen der Samsung Gear 360 Kameras. Was für den Anfang "OK" war. Nun habe ich mir dieses Set gekauft, 2 Fahrrad Halterungen,64 GB Micro Sd und natürlich die Cam selber. Alles dabei um gleich loszulegen . Bin sehr zufrieden !

Mit gelieferte SD Karte mit Windows formatiert, dann erkannt. Geht aber trotzdem nicht, weil die X3 sich aufhängt. Diese lässt sich dann nur ausschalten, indem man den Powerschalter drückt bis die x3 komplett abschaltet.
