Not enough clamp force
If you find your problem that your AC isn’t blowing cold air and the fan blade is spinning on the shaft of the fan motor. Likely the fan blade internal surfaces are stripped and cannot hold onto the shaft anymore. This clamp will not hold the proper clamp force for the fan blade to hold onto the shaft. I ended up adding JB weld and securing a hose clamp to the end . You will need a very low profile small ratchet to tighten. Worked for me!
