Sturdy and well made
Due to a drought in my area, several sections of my lawn are turning brown. Irrigation system doesn’t have enough pressure to pop up the heads. Started watering by hand but it’s too hot to be outside even in not in direct sun. Saw this and decided to give it a try. Wasn’t expecting much because of the low price. First of all, it’s made of metal. It is smaller than I thought it would be but it works very well for the small areas I need to water. Not high pressure just a nice gentle stream of water. Because of the weight, sprayer stays put once placed on grass. A great value for the money. Highly recommend.

simple and cheap
This is a great little sprinkler and it's priced very well. It seems to work nicely at typical household water pressures but not if you want to have more than one of these running simultaneously. I actually wanted to have three of these going and was a bit stumped. There aren't really any competitors that offer similar design but lower flow rates. My solution was to block half of the holes (in an alternating pattern) with tiny screws. I have a lot of those small laptop case screws lying around... they're slightly too big but it's easy to enlarge the holes a bit. The resulting spray pattern isn't much different but the lower flow rate means I can put 3 of these in series and get good coverage from them all.

Good, inexpensive option
It is the inexpensive product it says it is. It's not special, but it does its one job as well as other larger more expensive ones I've tried. It will stay flat with a hose stake/staple or something similar. It's a bit small to expect otherwise. Though, if it lays flat and hose doesn't pull it sideways, I think it'd be okay. It serves our purpose.

Compact, Inexpensive Sprinkler Ideal for Small Job
What I found most attractive about this sprinkler is its small size, simplicity of design and low price. The one-piece metal casting has a threaded hose connection with included rubber washer to ensure a leak-proof fit. The top appears to be made of perforated brass which produces an even spread of vertical water streams, ensuring even coverage in the small area I wish to water. To restore the landscaping after some work was done to level the concrete slab for our backup power generator, I planted fresh sod around it. In order to ensure that the sod would thrive and take root, I bought and installed this small sprinkler on a rubber mat (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B3CZTXFZ) atop my generator. The mat prevents the sprinkler from slipping and from scratching the generator's top and remains in place even when the generator is running. The hose is connected to a watering timer that automatically turns on the water for an hour per day. After just a few days of use, the sod is obviously thriving and has turned green. Once the sod has established its roots in the soil to keep itself moist, I'll be able to assign this sprinkler to another small job on my property.

If you have a small garden....
I love when something so simple works out so well. I have a side garden that I've never been able to use sprinklers because it always ends up wasting half the water on our sidewalk. This works perfectly! Not suitable for larger yards unless you don't mind moving it a lot.

Great low-cost no-frills sprinkler.
This is a great no-frills spot sprinkler. I turned it on very low pressure to water my small garden and can turn it on high-pressure to water my large garden. It’s a great price and sturdy.

More for play than watering a large area
It’s fine, but not amazing. It takes a lot of water pressure to go very high, and it’s pretty close to straight up, doesn’t cover much ground.

Perfecto for Small Watering Chores
This is a well-made metal sprinkler that is great for areas not much bigger that 20'. I use this for new grass, and near our neighbors yard, because she is a super-grouch that gets mad if I get a little water on her grass, like I never would have dreamed someone would ever get sideways over free water... Old grasshole So, I bought this little guy and works great. I mounted it with a screw to a small board for stability. You could stake it, but who wants to try and find that every time you water.

This is fine for a small yard. I use it with an expandable hose and it stays put. It doesn't flip over, although there is a hole you could put a peg through it you needed to. A simple, old fashioned, inexpensive product that does the job.

I purchased this for an average suburbian back yard that is approx. 6000 sq. ft. and in moving it around I soaked my whole yard in 4 sections. The sprinkler is sturdy and stays put. It gives a nice strong wide jet of water in a circular pattern. Doesn't turn over under the heavy water pressure in my area and covered a large area at a time. It soaked my parched grass and rose bushes. Highly recommend it because I am very happy with this small but powerful sprinkler. I'd say it's better than the plastic ones that we usually see. This one is much stronger due to it's small design.

Like Grama used to have. Great for smaller spots in yard.

This little sprinkler is very simple, and surprisingly functional. Totally gets the job done. We have a small back yard in a townhouse complex in Toronto, and I love that the height of the water can be adjusted by the flow of the water. Super easy to use. For the price, very good value.
