By far the best I’ve used
I have tried many different epoxies and this is by far my favorite. It was recommended to me by a wood working shop. It mixes really easily with few bubbles. Holds up well after the fact. My favorite part is you don’t have to be exact down to the number like some of the other brands. If your part a or b is slightly off that’s okay. It’ll still cure.

Best I’ve tried
So far it’s the best epoxy I’ve used. I’ve started using this for almost everything when it comes to epoxy. It levels itself better than any of the others I’ve used, it also gets a near perfect surface as it cures where others usually have some little ripple or wave that needs sanded out. And it’s crystal clear when it cures. I would use this for deep pours or top coats. Yes the cure time is long but I think it’s well worth the wait

Great product but really slow cure time
It was an easy product to mix and use. It cures with the desired clarity. Any bubbles created during mixing was easy to remove with the light, quick passing of a propane torch. The user should be aware that the mixture has a relatively low viscosity which helps in filling voids, but it also has a very slow cure time. The combination of these two characteristics makes it more difficult to use if your project is not totally level and adequately sealed on the bottom and any open sides. If the project is not totally level and the area to be filled not adequately sealed, the product will flow thru the bottom, sides and seek level like water for hours and will require multiple pour application to achieve an acceptable result. A much faster cure time would have helped me and will be one of my purchasing criteria in the future. It’s really important to use a plastic tarp under the project to catch any spills or unintentional over-flows. That said, this product worked well and as intended - it just took longer for me with my project which was not totally level on several planes. The total cure time was approximately 48 hrs.

Makes for a smooth surface
I have some very knotty cedar boards. The epoxy fills the voids and seals the area of the knots. That allows me to sand them smooth.

Excellent product!
A little pricier than its competitors but a very high quality product.

24-48 Dry Time!
Takes a long time to dry, but that lets the bubbles out and it ends crystal clear. I had it in the house to dry because it’s winter time and after maybe 15-30 minutes you could not tell by smell. You cannot put wood through a planer or jointer to level off. Have to sand it down, which is brutal if you don’t have a drum sander. Great stuff though for filling knots and veins.

Takes 1-2 days to cure but is good product
Overall worked great for my project, tinted with black mica. Slow to cure but worked well after 2 days. My lesson learned: thinner and runnier than expected, make sure to tape wood holes well (with proper tape!) to prevent leakage!

Project did not cure clear
Mixed well poured well and was a slow cure. Did not cure clear. Looks very antiqued :(
