I can’t speak well enough of the Chebe butter mix and I hope and pray the quality remains the same over time. So I added this butter as the final step in my daily hair care regimen which begins with a caffeine scalp massage and then the LOC method second. I use Chebe butter lightly and only as needed and the effects are amazing. My hair stays softer, hydrated and it is clearly stronger because I have cut down on breakage\shedding by 75%. I am not saying that my reduced breakage caused by the butter only but it has clearly been adding great benefit to my consistent daily hair care efforts. The smell is enchanting (my hubby loves it). The grittiness mentioned by others is not a concern for me as I feel it is protective of my strands, blends in with the color of my hair and the micro pellets are soft and super tiny. It helps that I know that the barely there grits are a valuable herb that will secrete benefits into my hair. With my 4c hair texture I have come to embrace unique solutions because the game to win when it comes to 4c hair is retention! 2 thumbs up for Chebe butter from a pleased customer!!

Myself and my 2 daughters have the original African hair type. I have tried so many products that I end up shoving in my bathroom cabinet because they don't deliver. I literally have a whole sink cabinet full of expensive and new hair products that keep coming on the market but dont do what theypromise. I saw an ad on Facebook about Chebe and came on Amazon to see its availability. This product is excellent for moisture, growth, beautiful shiny healthy hair. Everyone at my job keeps asking about my hair routine and I have been spreading the news according to CHEBE. Now, I hope the manufacturers never go out and I can't find it or change the current ingredients. It is an excellent product, please keep it up.

This keeps my hair moisturized. I have long curly hair, after a wash and detangle I braid it and leave it braided until I take it down or wash it again (2 young kids, no time to style 😞) It retains the moisture from wash to wash. Occasionally I touch up the ends but not really. This product is too heavy to use on dry hair. It’s a decent size, but the price is a little steep for how much I go through. That being said, I’d continue to buy it because the product is amazing. It does have a faint minty smell and it is grainy in texture, but nothing compared to the actual powder or henna. It doesn’t deter me in the least bit

Yall.. I used this with a creme moisturizer for my twists and it was seriously the icing on the cake! It made my hair so incredibly soft, I’m still on day 1 of my twists so I don’t know how long it’ll stay moisturized yet.. but I’m extremely happy with my purchase and I’m definitely going to buy more. I recommend use a little because it is really oily (it’s a butter, so that should be obvious). I used a lot however to keep my hair moisturized in twists for the week and because my hair is very thick. I seriously love this product! It gave my stiff and dry hair so much movement and life! Just buy it girl you won’t regret it!!!! Use it with a regular crème moisturizer too though because it’s moisturizing but it’s primary job is to LOCK IN moisture! There are little granules of something in it but it melts in a couple so it’s just another ingredient don’t be afraid. Highly recommended this product for natural hair girlies 💜

My 3 week experience....this product is not "whipped butter" it's semi-thick to say the least. It's very grainy and you can't just slap this on your hair and go. I had to do the following to make this work for my hair: Very WET hair, leave in condish for slip, black castor oil to soften the CB plus I used my mister spray bottle all during the course of application (it dry's quickly). After three weeks of using, I do like this product. The price will keep me from ordering it again, the jar is just so small. If you have a lot of hair or long hair you will go through this very fast. I will be using every other week now but my hair did grow a little and very healthy. I like the smell also, very minty. I had to use a clarifying conditioner to get all the product out, it did stick to my strands and it stayed grainy to the touch all week long. Overall I can say the experience was a "3", if the price was cheaper I would of given it a "4".

I have nothing bad to say about this product . Packaging was secure, no leakage at all . I was surprised when I opened the jar it was packed full .. it isn't often that you buy a product where the whole container is filled . Smells fresh slightly pepperminty. As soon as I put it through my daughter's 3c hair I could tell it's a win . Her hair immediately held moisture better . BTW This is a great sub if you hate oil all over your scalp . LAST THING the essential oil scent will keep lice ect away so this is 100 for my daughter during school months too .

I started using this product mid June.; I had issues with retaining length. When I would detangle I would have clumps of hair in my hand. I tried different methods and the chebe was exactly what I needed. At this point I have little to no breakage or shedding. When applying this ; I spray my hair with a water mixture ( tailored to my hair), I apply a leave in ( placenta de ovejo), a diy oil and the I mix the chebe with anti breakage blu magic hairfood. I know this seems like alot but I have high porosity hair and have to work hard at retaining moisture. I DO NOT put it on my scalp, only the strands. Some people have done it, I don't. Things I noticed with this regimen was of course minimal shedding and breakage. My hair has body and movement, manageable and I did notice my curl pattern changed ( became looser and more defined ) . Overall this is a great product and will be a staple in my hair regimen.
