Smells really good but it is light, not overwhelming smell. The scent doesn't last long which is unfortunate.

Not strong scented. Smells weird in the container however once clothes are washed with it comes out with a mild hint of sweet vanilla.

Smells great when in the bottle before use. After clothes are done washing, you can barely smell the vanilla scent. It needs to be a little stronger so when you take laundry out the dryer, you have a nice calm vanilla scent. It's Definitely a bargain for the size and price, only thing that needs improvement is scent lasting longer.

I have tried other brands and some are way too strong. I use a tiny amount and the scent while washing is almost enough to chase me out of the house. After line drying, those scents were still discernible, though thankfully mild and mellow. My favorite (read: non-migraine-inducing) has been discontinued, so I wanted to find something that’s less of an assault and looked for vanilla. This was the only brand I found that was just vanilla, no added heavy florals or “sea” scents (created by and for people who’ve never been near any sea). I found it to have the opposite problem: the scent is a very nice version of vanilla, in my opinion, but even just smelling it in the bottle, it’s very weak. During a wash cycle with several capfuls, I can’t smell it. I’ve ramped up to using about six capfuls and after a single rinse cycle (instead of my usual two or three) I can barely smell it on the clothes, and it’s long gone by the time they’re dry. I don’t use any scented detergents or fabric softeners. I’m sorry to say I probably won’t be buying it again, because the scent in the bottle is very nice and the price is good.

They smell good in the container but honestly I don't really smell it in my laundry after the wash. Other scent beads that I have used are string, these not sio much they were also a fraction of the price.

This has a light scent to it. But for 2 bottles under 6 dollars its a good deal i think. If u like a heavy perfume scent just add more product. It does not ruin the fabric ive noticed. Works well with hot and cold water..

When I opened the box of these, I had 2 of them, both bottles were covered in some sort of greasy and sticky residue. It looked like fabric softener residue. The box itself had grease spots inside it where the bottles made contact with the box. I ended up having to wash them off and I'm not sure if it was soap or fabric softener that I was washing off. I used these for the first time recently. I'm not sure if I didn't use enough or if I'm using them wrong. I used a large front loading machine at the Laundromat. I put in 2 full cap fulls (these are the large containers) of crystals before starting the machine. The tubs do have holes but I assume that doesn't make a difference since I assume the crystals would stay in the machine until it drains. I used my normal Tide 4 in 1 pods and some suavitel fabric softener. I had one tumble dryer where I used softener sheets, and one where I used no sheets for bed linens. Neither smelled like vanilla. Neither really had a smell in general outside of a faint hint of the liquid fabric softener I used. I'm not sure if maybe I'm supposed to be using these in place of softener or if I didn't use enough or what. I got these because I am no longer able to find vanilla scented fabric softeners from any manufacturer and figured I would use this as a substitute for that. Unfortunately, I can't say that this has been a suitable replacement. If I have a better result next time, I will try to remember to update my review. I wouldn't be able to recommend these based on my experience, but I do concede I may be using them wrong. Update: I've used these 3 times now. I used significantly more the second time and still no vanilla scent to my clothes. Then the third time I used a larger amount and I put the crystals on top of my clothes I'm case the crystals falling through the drum in the front loaders at the Laundromat were causing the issue. Still no vanilla scent. I wish these worked for me. I miss my vanilla Suavitel and Orange Vanilla gain softeners. I wouldn't recommend these.

Product adds a gentle touch of freshness to laundry. Easy to use no issue with waste. After done with laundry for day will put a few bits of freshener in bottom of machine to keep simple smell in machine till next use. Very happy with this product and very affordable.

Second time ordering these just LOOOVEEE them will always have these on hand

Very disappointing. Tried one capful in a normal load of laundry, noticed zero scent after the laundry was damp, and definitely none when it was dry. Tried 2 capfuls the next load, still no scent whatsoever. Buyer beware, this stuff is a complete waste.
