I take one of these LABO Nutrition Bioactive Organic Fiber sachets every day, and it’s been a huge help for my gut health and keeping my bowel movements regular, which is something I used to struggle with, especially while traveling. The powder itself has a bit of a strange taste on its own, so I mix it into a bottle of water with a single Crystal Light flavor packet and it goes down easy. Once it’s mixed (and it mixes easily), it’s totally fine, and the benefits have been noticeable. What I like most is how travel-friendly the individual sachets are. I just throw a few into my bag and I’m set for the trip, no measuring or bulky tubs. It's low FODMAP, doesn’t mess with my stomach, and it's made a big difference in keeping me consistent even when my routine is anything but. Definitely worth it.

This is a great product. Tasteless , it melts into whatever flavor you add to it . I did a little research before buying . Fiber usually bloats me but this doesn’t . It’s very easy on the digestive system .Easy to use , add to your favorite drinks juice , water etc

Sunfiber works well.

This product is pretty good — my stomach and intestines feel really comfortable after drinking it. The only downsides are the small quantity and slightly high price. If the effect remains good after using it for a while longer, I’ll definitely buy it again and give it a five-star rating!

I have used it twice now, after using a different brand. This one mixed up extremely well in filtered room temperature water. There’s only a tiny bit of taste, less than my previous one. Not unpleasant in any way, very neutral taste. Love the individual packets, which will be great for travel. This brand is less expensive than the other one I used. Very happy to have found this product.

Great fiber no bloat

This seemed to work OK, but it did not dissolve well at all. It was also supposed to be tasteless, but it did have a funny taste. Will not buy again

Dissolve a packet each morning in my coffee. Tasteless and odorless. Keeps the pipes flowing!

This is a great product for fixing your guts. I take one in my tea every morning.

Good fibre for low Fodmap diet. Handy single serves for travelling.

I am finding this product is gentle and effective without bloating from taking extra fibre. 🙏

The product doesn’t dissolve correctly and I had very bad reactions to it (even small amounts triggered stomach pain). I recently tried another brand of PHGG and have been fine…

This product does not dissolve easily and can end up in a big clump. Not nearly as good as Sunfibre
