It holds more fragrance oil in the wax, resulting in stronger scent throw during burning. Ideal for use with low melt point waxes like paraffin and vegetable blends, Vybar 260 is essential for creating richly scented candles with prolonged aromatic effects. - Lower Melt Point for Easy Pouring & Smooth Finish: Vybar 260 is designed to work with softer, lower melt point waxes, such as those used in container candles, tarts, and wax melts. It improves the overall consistency of the wax, ensuring a smooth, even burn and a uniform appearance. This makes the candle-making process easier and more efficient, especially when pouring large batches or working with intricate molds. - Uniform Dye Dispersion & Reduced Oil Bleeds: With Vybar 260, your candles will feature vibrant, even colors thanks to its ability to evenly distribute dye throughout the wax. This additive also reduces oil bleeds and mottling, common issues in high fragrance load candles. Whether you’re using synthetic or natural dyes, Vybar 260 ensures a smooth, consistent finish that looks as good as it smells. - Strengthen Candle Structure & Surface Gloss: In addition to improving fragrance performance, Vybar 260 strengthens the overall structure of your candles, making them more resilient and less prone to surface imperfections. It adds a glossy, professional finish, enhancing the appearance of container candles and other soft wax applications. Vybar 260 is ideal for candles where both fragrance and aesthetics are crucial. - Expert Usage & Recommendations: Use Vybar 260 at 0.5% to 2% of the total wax weight in your candle formulation for best results. This wax additive is ideal for softer, low melt point waxes such as those used in container candles and wax melts. Vybar 260 is perfect for candle makers seeking to enhance scent retention, color distribution, and overall candle structure in their creations. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0B7P4WT81 | | Additional Features | Fragrance Enhancer, Wax Consistency Improver, Surface Gloss Adder | | Best Sellers Rank | #30,236 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #96 in Candle Making Wax | | Brand | Direct Candle Supply | | Brand Name | Direct Candle Supply | | Candle Type | Container Candle | | Color | Vybar 260 | | Container Type | container | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 380 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00850030718891 | | Manufacturer | Direct Candle Supply | | Manufacturer Part Number | XXXXX | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | No warranty - contact dcs. | | Material | Vybar | | Material Type | Vybar | | Model Name | DCS | | Model Number | DCS | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Size Name | Pound Bag | | Scent | Unscented | | Scent Name | Unscented | | Seasons | Summer | | Size | 1 lb | | Specific Uses For Product | Candle making | | Unit Count | 16 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Direct Candle Supply - **Color:** Vybar 260 - **Material:** Vybar - **Model Name:** DCS - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Scent:** Unscented - **Seasons:** Summer - **Special Feature:** Fragrance Enhancer, Wax Consistency Improver, Surface Gloss Adder - **Specific Uses For Product:** Candle making - **Unit Count:** 16 Ounce ## Images ![Vybar 260 Wax Additive 1lb for Pillar Candle - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71jElXluAlL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: One last question please...according to the recommendations of .5 - 2%, is that percentage per pound of wax?** A: It would be 0.5 - 2 % of your mix.For example, for 1 pound of wax you should use from 0.08 oz to 0.32 Oz of vybar. **Q: Is this Vybar 103 or Vybar 260?** A: this is vybar 103. however we are listing 260 shortly in a matter of weeks. regards **Q: Cuantas bolitas hay que poner por cada 1 libra de cera?** A: Hola !. hay que poner un 1% a 2% en la mezcla.
