Doesn’t work
I am very frustrated with this purchase . I bought this for my elderly parents and it worked for a short while . The voice seemed off but we could deal with it . It stopped working and I tried to get it to work again . After exhausting my efforts I gave up and wanted to return it . It was one day past the return day . I contacted Amazon customer service and they were nice enough to refund my money . Will not buy again . It was expensive and a piece of junk.

No number displayed
This item did not perform as expected. It did not display the CallerID information but only a state, such as "NY call" The number was announced by the voice but it was too loud with no volume control and took so long to recite that the caller hung up before it was finished. Just displaying the number would have helped. I returned it.

Cannot understand the talking ID
The only reason I bought this item was to give to my brother-in-law for Christmas who has trouble getting up and down. I got it for the talking caller ID. Even though I thought it was way overpriced, I thought it would be worth it. Once I heard the voice and how unintelligible it was, I knew I couldn't give it to him. I did not even check out the other features. I will be returning it.

Not worth the money
The screen froze after 2 weeks and the unit started making a load siren noise. We had to unplug and remove the batteries. Now it won't boot up. Very disappointed.

It does not work!
Advertisement showed that this product would display caller name and telephone number. IT LIED Caller name is SPOKEN (CAN'T UNDERSTAND IT) HAVE TO HUNT AND HUNT TO FIND CALLER PHONE NUMBER. MEANWHILE CALLER HAS ALREADY HUNG UP AND I CAN'T CALL THEM BACK BAD PRODUCT

Clunky
Certainly not ready for prime time. Very difficult navigation and the numbers aren't very easy to read for my elderly mother. I returned it.
