However, you should know that the human body can't absorb more than 500mg of Vitamin C at one time and the rest get's eliminated when you pee. So you only should take two gummies instead of the 3 they recommend which gives you the 750mg stated dose. This will make your product last a little longer. The way to take Vitamin C supplements is to take 500mg in the morning and 500mg 12 hours later. Then you get the full absorbtion on both doses and you keep your immubne system in tip top shape 24x7

These are great tasting but they always stick together and get moisture in them

The gummies were melted and all stuck together. What a mess!!

These were for my adult son. He says they work great for him if he starts taking them right at the start of a cold. My granddaughter (age 20) also says they work for colds.
