how far maximum range of wireless connection? lubrication is required ?

I have used at about 3m, no further. I have never had to lubricate the arm and I would be very careful about putting any lubricant near any servo motor. I don't know how that might affect them.

For the clamp/grip, how many pounds of pressure can it squeeze?
