This is not the first LED light therapy mask that we have bought from Amazon. We've had a couple and returned one. By far, this is absolutely the best LED mask that we have seen and used. In our family, both the husband (55 yrs old) and wife (45 yrs old) use an LED mask regularly because we believe in the science behind the technology and we have seen the good results with our skin first hand. There are a few things about this LED mask that really sets it apart from the others. The main thing is simplicity and ease of use. A LOT of thought has gone into this design. Our mask did come with good instructions, but they are really not necessary. The only slightly difficult thing is getting the straps adjusted to fit your head. Once adjusted, though, you are all set. This thing is just so, so, so easy to use. The charging stand is heavy and stable, so charging the mask is simple. Plus it's great not to have to deal with cords. Installing the chin extension is super easy, too. It's held in by strong magnets, so it just clicks into place. Turning the mask cycle on is also simple with a touch sensitive pad on the side. The ease of use makes this mask great to use. If it's a hassle or chore to setup an LED mask to use it, then it's going to make it less likely that you'll get light therapy consistently, day to day. With how simple and easy this mask is, you'll love using it with regularity. The other thing that we love about this mask is the quality. The eye covers are soft and fit really well, helping to very effectively shield your eyes. It's so nice to not have to use black out goggles. It's also really nice that you can actually see with this mask on. You can't do that when wearing goggles, but with this mask you can at least find your way around the bedroom if you put it on and then need to navigate around the room. The nose vent (the smiling part of the mask) works very well, too. We have no issue breathing with this mask on. Overall, the complete package is just amazing. The technology used, the fixed charging base, the detachable neck section, the touch power control, and overall quality really make this a super sophisticated product. I would really recommend to others to give this one a try. You will not be disappointed!

I mainly got this for acne treatment and anti-aging. My skin is prone to closed comedones and redness, and the blue light mode on this mask is really powerful! I've been using it for about a week, and new red, swollen pimples would flatten out by the next day. With consistent use, my skin has become much more stable and less prone to sensitivity and redness. After using the red light mode, my face feels super smooth and soft, and I believe it should help with fine lines. It's a 2-in-1 device with incredible value for money. Plus, it also covers the neck area—neck lines are a major sign of aging that's often neglected, so this design is really thoughtful!

I'll admit that I went with this particular LED "mask" mostly for the aesthetics. It's definitely sleek and modern~ you can even keep it on the credenza in the dining room for a G-rated conversation piece. For the price, I was expecting it to be amazing. It was a slight impulse buy on Prime Day and I was excited to be saving $50 bucks on an expensive item that offers the potential to help me age gracefully. Alas, I was beyond disappointed. Let's get into it, shall we? For starters- it did not come with any instructions. Nada, zip, not even a clue. Now I'm a fairly intelligent human, but this is my first LED "mask" so a few pointers would have been nice. The small sensor ON/OFF button on the right side is SUPER touchy and inconsistent. It either turns on to red lights when you press it in just the right spot or you get a surprise fireworks display with all the various lights cycling thru. Don't get me wrong- it's a pretty show, but I'm confident that's not what should be happening while using this. Again- a little 2 pager would have been helpful. Even IKEA style would have been better than nothing. Let's move on to the comfort of this "mask". There is none. It's literally giving Hannibal Lector vibes and I'm just not into that. {There's a strap that snaps in place over the crown of the head and another that wraps around the back which is a whole heap of NOPE for me.} It's heavy, bulky and feels like a chunk of plastic because... it is. There's a small slit near the mouth opening so breathing calmly while wearing this "mask" isn't gonna happen for most of us, especially for anyone who has even a subtle cue of claustrophobia. This feels anxiety provoking vs relaxing. It should come as no surprise to know that the inside steams up because of this lack of air flow. Lastly, the eye guards are absurdly tight on my eyeball sockets. I can fully appreciate the vision protection but not at the expense of an insta migraine. In a nut shell: this is a "mask" that's a hybrid of Hannibal Lector meets Darth Vader with great potential for a mini LSD trip. If you have epilepsy- steer clear!! If you do not have epilepsy, also just steer clear!! 1,000% do NOT recommend this LED "mask". As cool as it may be to set on the credenza as a piece of alien cyborg "art", it's going back tomorrow.

I’m updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. The product itself is actually very good, but I was extremely frustrated when it suddenly stopped working after about five months. I initially assumed it had failed completely, and I couldn’t find a clear way to contact customer support or make a warranty claim, which was disappointing. After reaching out to the company, however, their customer service was highly responsive and helped me troubleshoot the issue. It turns out that if the battery is completely drained, it won’t charge through the docking station and needs to be charged directly via the USB port first. Once I did that, the product worked again. While I still think the charging behavior and support information could be communicated more clearly, I’m happy to say the product wasn’t defective after all, and the customer support team came through. Overall, it’s a good product backed by responsive service, which is why I’m updating my rating to 4 stars.

I have more than 2 years of experiences of using several different LED face masks. While searching for a new one recently, I was quickly attracted by this unique-looking Halo LED Face Mask. To date, I’ve been using it for about three weeks (3-4 times a week) and I like it very much. It effectively minimized the pores on my cheek areas and shallowed the wrinkles around my eyes and on my forehead. My face looks noticeably smoother, tighter and brighter. I am so happy and satisfied, that I’d love to share some of my opinions on this home beauty device which is loaded with quite a few new features comparing to the similar products on market. 1. The whole design is quite innovative. As shown in picture 1 and 2, it looks like a fencing helmet without back part. This maximizes the surface area for more LED light bulbs. Indeed, the unit has as many as 807 light bulbs (three colors) aiming to improve the efficacy of treatment. Adding a detachable neck piece is also revolutionary. This would be extremely applauded by the seniors like me, who’s been looking for a home beauty device to fight wrinkles in neck area. 2. The 2nd new feature is “cordless”. This is unarguably so useful that I don’t have to stay in a place determined by the length of a cord. Recharging is easy. I just need to sit the mask on the charge station and walk away. The unit will be ready to use again in a few hours. 3. Another innovation is the pre-programed treatment. The unit has no control box, and the on/off switch is on the right side of the mask (see picture 3). With only one touch, I can enjoy the 25 minutes tri-color treatment: 10 min. of each red and blue, and 5 min. of orange. If I like, I can manually select the color I’d like to use as well. 4. The eye protection is much better now. As shown in picture 4, the mask has a pair of soft and removable swimming-goggles-like eye protectors. The light leakage is very minimum. I have no problem to see through the mask and do all kinds of things, like playing with my cell phone or watching TV programs, without worrying my eyes would get hurt. Very thoughtful. 5. Adding a head-top strap to the unit is an exceptionally brilliant idea. The strap carries majority of the mask weight and allows me to walk around (if necessary) freely and safely. As for the minus side, I hope the manufacture will be able to improve a couple of things to make this wonderful product even better. 1. Since there is no opening on the mask, the breathes would cause moisture accumulating after a few minutes of using. This may be designed to prevent the skin from getting dry due to the treatment, but I certainly need more time to get used to it. 2. It would be more ideal if the weight can be further reduced.
