Just buy it. I bought this for my 1 year old for Christmas a few months ago and he has just gown to love it more everyday. He plays with this all day long, he loves moving the tonie characters on and off the box. I love that there are so many character options as well. Sound is great and have had no issues!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 18 month old grandson. He absolutely loves it and it fits in with his parents' policy of limiting screen time while providing him with educational and entertainment value. The value for money is also excellent, especially considering you can update the "library" of characters who sing and tell stories as his interests change, rendering the Toniebox useful for years! The delight visible on his face as he happily switches from Elsa to the Lion King then to Muana is priceless! It's also hard wearing as he has dropped the box several times with no noticeable cosmetic or performance damage. I couldn't possibly recommend the Toniebox higher.

My husband and I bought this for our two year old. He was always a little terror when he was watching the iPad on plane rides or on car rides. His one rule was he wasn’t allowed to touch the iPad. Of course, that rule didn’t last. But we still needed an alternative for traveling and we wanted to reverse our mistake of giving him too much screen time. This product is a necessary alternative! 1. My child is obsessed with it! He easily grasped the concept of changing out the characters for different stories and songs. He also loves to play with the characters by themselves too. 2. My biggest selling point was it is meant to be handled by toddlers. He can drop it from our dining table and I don’t have to worry about anything breaking. It’s virtually indestructible. 3. It only requires WiFi when you download a new characters story to the box itself. Otherwise, no WiFi needed. 4. Battery life is phenomenal. I charge it once a week! 5. We also use the Tonie box as his sound machine at night! They have lullaby Tonies that are wonderful and so peaceful to listen to. 6. The Creative Tonies are really cool, because Grandparents can read stories to them and they can always hear their grandparents voice. I wish we had this before my dad passed. Overall, well worth the money. If you’re still on the fence let this be the review that gets you to pull the trigger!

This was a Christmas present for our grandson. It has never worked. The family has been trying for 2 months to make it work. Tried Everything. It's a DUD. BDMN is refusing to refund stating that time is up to refund. Really ? We tried everything to not have to return this item. Trying everything is not working. BDMN is going to rip us off of our money and our grandson's Christmas present. That is unbelievable. And !! Amazon is refusing the A-Z refund guarantee stating that we have not contacted the seller. We have contacted the seller. Refund is declined. We have gone full circle and are out a lot of money. And our boy is out his Christmas present. Shame on all of you!

It took us forever to get it to work as it had a very hard time connecting to the internet but once it did, it was amazing. So cute and perfect for the youngest.
