Works good. Legs come off when you carry them. Kind of annoying.

How is this a 3.pack? One cover. No instructions. No.parts list. Is this a Chinese imitation? No configuration I try can fit the cover. Initiating return.

This set is easy to put together, very light weight to carry and store. In windy conditions you need something to hold them in place. The leg got stuck on one of the barriers and I cannot detach it. I contacted Joola, they took a week to respond. They requested photos and videos, receipt, contact info. I responded a few days later, provided photos, no video, rece ipt and contact info. Dan- customer service was my contact. Dan suggested I use a shim, which is not provided nor mentioned in the assembly directions. I used a shim and rubber mallet to try to detach the leg, prior to contacting Joola. I informed Dan, those methods were unsuccessful. We emailed back and forth. They agreed to replace the leg, I asked for the tube the leg attaches to. That became a standoff, they requested a video. I asked Joola for a video, Dan said it would be too long to send, they have to figure out how to do it. I would have the same problem. Ultimately, I like the product, it works as intended, Joola customer service could be more reasonable and practical. I never asked for a replacement barrier just the two parts I thought would resolve the problem. At this point, I'm waiting for Joola to let me know what, if anything, they will do. I purchased the product in June 2024 and didn't use it until recently. Overall, the product works, if you have an issue with the set, Good luck. Update- Joola sent me a replacement foot, but not the part the foot connects to. I asked for that in addition to the foot they offered to replace. Joola declined to provide the part the foot attaches to. They partially rectified the problem.

Good product. Any idea how to remove legs once they are snapped on, without breaking the tabs?
