Pinnacle Studio 21 Video Editing Suite for PC (Old Version)

I've used 2 older/previous versions of Pinnacle, while clunky, I was comfortable with them. I don't like this new version, it's so flashy and I don't need all the features. There's still a learning curve even for me. Also, during DVD authoring, I'm not able to create a main title menu and a sub menu for chapter selection, what gives? It says this version is not possible. But the product specifications says it's able to create DVD menus with chapter pages.

This thing takes forever to start up, then the interface is very user UNFRIENDLY...There is no manual with this package and the online training is only free for 21 days.Plus the training is not from Pinnacle.Right now I don't know how to do the very basic anything with this program.Looks like it's going to be a pain to learn it - trial and error. Probably a lot of error.Ok, a bit later and I found Pinnacle's help screen - just wait for the splash screen to go away.That takes 20-30 seconds on my Core i5 machine.Anyway, it's looking better.

This program is a bit difficult to use, but can be learned with hours of practice. Instructions are vague. Don't bother purchasing the basic, go straight to Ultimate. The ability to delete, only, the sound was not activated on the basic, when it was on an earlier version I had. Only $99.00 on the date of this posting.

It took a while, so dont be impatient. But once I got used to the nuances of the program, I really love the power it gives you as far as editing various media bits and making it work out right. Well done Pinnacle!

I've had several versions of Pinnacle. This is really the operating system I feel most comfortable with. Check the description for features to see if it meets your needs. I have produced local public access television & I've been a loyal Pinnacle Studio customer for the past few decades.

I started with Pinnacle many years ago when it was much easier to use and understand. That is no longer the case. If you are a serious video editor, this is for you. If you just want to edit clips, add transitions and titles, this is overkill. My last version of this product.

Great Software I love it, What i except is there, while i ordered i have a doubt because i am using 32 bit windows, when i received the software i just open its automatically told to download 32 bit server package and i followed the installation , Perfect instructions.

Hands down the nicest video editing software out there. Very intuitive interface and very powerful features. Easy to get up and running and you will be making great videos in no time.
