It’s light and easy to drink too. I drink protein 3 times a day and sometimes it’s just too much milk and all that. Just add water to Humapro and you’re golden. I even take one scoop while lifting and it has dramatically increased my gains. Glad I found this stuff. I got the Bomb pop flavor. It takes just like the popsicle. It’s sweet but not too sweet. Easy to drink. At night I’ll take casein whey. I find this is the perfect balance of fast and slow acting protein synthesis. Review: I’ve used Humapro for years but haven’t purchased any in the last year and a half until now because I wanted to get away from maltodextrin. I can not find what sweetener is used now (not on the label) but the flavor is still great and doesn’t cause bloating. I’ve seen other Humapro flavors using only artificial sweetener and I’m hoping that is what is in Rocket Pop.
