I feel better since taking this pterostilbene supplement and I think its helped my memory. Hard to tell how much these pterostilbene capsules are working though. But im going to keep taking Pterostilbene because iv read amazing things about it for brain, inflammation and anti aging. My nutritionist said this stuff is better than resveratrol. You cant always feel the results of some supplements but that doesnt mean its not working. Been using other Sunergetic products and I like the brand.
