Professional Cleaver- great value- Use with caution
High quality, lightweight but substantial- comfortable grip. I cut my finger on the very first use- not badly- but this cleaver is serious business, pay attention when you use. I only wish It had a blade cover of some sort- I store it loosely yet carefully in my knife drawer. I’m no professional chef, but can see this being part of a pro chef kit. I got it because I needed a more comfortable and efficient way to cut meats & big veggies without having my knuckles hit the cutting board with each chop. Great value for such a high quality tool.

Birthday present

Useful and durable
This knife holds an edge, is easy to sharpen when it needs it, and is durable. I use the broad blade to move the cut items into the pan. I used to use a separate scraper, but this saves time and cleanup.

Listed blade length is invorrect
This is a beautiful knife, but I is listed on the product page as a 6" knife, and it is definitely a 7" knife! The blade measures 7" x 3" so if this won't fit in your drawer or your block you need to order the smaller one.

Great cost-benefit
Nice knife with an atractive price_ at least when I bought it. Sharp and very well produced. Of course the Zwilling ones madenin Germany are even better, but this one has a great cost-benefit.

Chop and slice delight
Great price and got more than anticipated. Well made and handled nicely. Not fancy but very functional. I always look to see how well the handle is attached to the blade and can it be cleaned. Very nice design. Would recommend!

Little bigger than what I wanted, and it is good quality, sharp. The only problem I had was with the shipment Canada Post kept it its center for over a week for over a week prior to me getting it.

Not the best to chop veggies. If you want to use it for cutting quickly and for precision that's not the best choice
