1000 Piece Personalized Custom Photo Jigsaw Puzzle, 20x28in.

The puzzle came out good ultimately. But the pieces are cut smaller and less thicker than the puzzles we were used to. Also some pieces were not clean cut in that we had to cut them apart with blade. There was always a chance that we might cut a bit more on piece than on the other. A few pieces came apart at their seams and we had to glue individual layers to level them with other pieces. Eventually it all came out good despite the frustrations. The prints were great, no complaints. Attention to piece cutting and thickness is called for in Quality Control.

I ordered this puzzle for my mom & dad for Christmas, who love doing large puzzles. The picture was one with them and their grandchild - they loved it. I haven't seen it yet myself, but they said the pieces wouldn't stay together at the beginning of the build, but as they got more of the puzzle together, the better it stayed together. They are impressed with the quality of the picture. Only problem is that we live in Canada. The package was shipped by DHL and I was charged over $20.00 duty. So if you live in Canada, be aware that besides the exchange rate and amazon shipping fee, there will also be the extra duty charges. Right now the exchange rate sucks - so this one puzzle cost me over $100. But it's a unique gift, which my parents enjoyed receiving, so I think it was worth it. (BTW - I checked the sellers website & it does mention that if you are ordering outside of the USA you may be subject to import fees).

Got as a Christmas gift for my grandmother and it came out so cute! Wasn’t the most difficult puzzle but it was more for sentiment. She loved it.

I ordered the puzzle and it came back to me fast! Also, it was SO fun to do! I was a little concerned that it would be pixelated as it was just a picture from our cell phone but it was clear and perfect! We have now frame it and have it hanging in our house. Thank you

Loved it bought this for my mom for mothers day and we put it together we were ultimately missing a piece but I contacted the seller and they sent me a whole new puzzle. Now I can glue it and hang it up like originally planned ❤️ puzzle pieces fit well together and quality was perfect

We are very happy with this product. The box the puzzle comes in is nice looking; and the whole thing makes a lovely gift. Be warned: 1000 piece puzzles are HARD to put together. I hope they come out with a 500-piece version, which is more fun to work on with kids, while still being plenty challenging even for adults, with a bit more reward along the way. Note: Once you order and pay, you will be emailed by the company, so you can send them your photo as an attachment to the return email.

I love my customized puzzle piece. I gifted my fiance a puzzle of one of our favorite moments together. It is a good challenge and I like how the pieces fit perfectly. The picture quality is lovely!
