So I would say no **Q: Are these compatible with a velocity systems mayflower apc?** A: These plates are similar in shape to standard Level III+ and IV ballistic plates. These are STEEL. 10.8x12.8x1.3 inches (Length x Height x Width). They fit any plate carrier that accommodates this size. These are not rated for ballistic protection. They’re for loadbearing use and practice. Good for workouts and cardio loadbearing practice. Just don’t drop the 14.5lb plate on your foot or toe. It will crush it. Hope this helps. **Q: what is the max weight the vest can hold?** A: I have 2 each 20 pound plates in mine. That’s about the limit.
