Impressive sound right out of the box.
I am upgrading my previous Sony S100F that I bought about 4 years ago. The S100F was my first ever soundbar and is a lower tier soundbar at around 125 dollars, but has been nothing but impressive and it is still a great bar for a small room. So moving to a lower tier, high-end realm of soundbars was a little intimiadating. I had just purchased an Sony X85K Series TV and a Sony Playstation so I thought I would try an all Sony entertainment center. So far I am very impressed with this soundbar. We play a lot of games and watch plenty of horror and action movies so I was pleasantly surprised with the overall sound quality and the clarity of dialog of characters, especially in Hogwarts Legacy. There are also a bunch of features that comes with hooking up the soundbar a Sony TV that I am excited to try out when I get my TV later this week. In conclusion: Very satisfied with my purchase and reduced price.

My Home theater
I brought this home subwoofers for my TV in the garage. Sound great watching spots games .. I also use to listen to music while exercising.. love the bass .. very simple installation, connection with Bluetooth .. even on my cell phone ..

Pretty good soundbar for the price
Nice sound bar but a bit disappointing as far as bass. Works well with my Bravia TV and remote except for utilizing the TV speakers as part of the system. I like that I can add other components like rear speakers and a subwoofer but will need to spend another $1k

Nice soundbar
The HT-A3000 soundbar is a nice unit. If you have an XR series Sony tv it pairs perfectly. It has very good sound quality and the voice feature allows you to hear dialogue clearly. It has built is bass speakers but I would recommend getting one of their subwoofers for added effect. It is priced high but I bought a bundle deal paired with a subwoofer for a better overall bargain.

Okay sound, bad interface
Some input lag, sound isn't great but not terrible. Interface is garbage. Doesn't play nicely with my TV.

Itworks OK on my very old Sony TV without ACR - I now hear voice over music on TV shows and movies
I use this on my very old Sony 52 inch TV and it does what I need it to do. It is more for the later TV's with ARC and a center channel connection but it does work to allow the dialog over the stupid loud music on all of the new TV shows. I have to connect with the optical cable along with a HDMI cable. Very wasy no brainer installation. I like it and I am happy with it.

You can hear a pin drop
The Sony TV that I purchased came with an theater sound bar. It programmed itself when you attached it to the TV. It makes all sounds coming from the TV fall and clear you do not miss a thing love it.
