This is my first time to use it...takes time to report the result.

This product has an odd taste. If I could have returned it I would have. Glad I couldn't return it, I used it anyway. Once you get past the sulfury aftertaste it's ok. The aftertaste is tolerable unless you are expecting a fruity-flavored drink. I feel like I have been sleep deprived for years. I don't sleep through the night every single night, but sleeping through the night is now the norm. If I wake up I go back to sleep. I teach 3-5 in a self-contained special education classroom. One simply cannot come to work without having enough sleep. I notice that my skin is getting thicker. So don't plan on a fruity drink, but expect great results.

This is my second container and I feel like it's a good investment. It's a little pricey for the amount you get, but liver health is worth it in my opinion. I think it tastes fine and is not too sweet. I mix mine in water with a frother and it mixes pretty well. I chug the initial glass then swirl water around the glass to get the last little part that is settled at the bottom. I have shopped around for better values as far as price and number of servings, but I keep coming back to this one. I recommend...
