This LArginine does work for the bedroom but as others have noted these capsuls are huge. I typically don't mind large pills but you're supposed to take 6 a day on an empty stomach and our stomachs are usually only empty in the mornings so I take 6 in the morning and man... it is a lot especially with all the water you'll need to get them down. So overall the product works and the price is low so maybe its a great match for some people but for me I feel like I'll purchase another brand that keeps it to one or two pills a day

It's my husband's first day taking this stuff so he says he'll give an update if he notices any obvious change. So far he hasn't noticed any negative side effects.
