Product fine but not suitable for Switzerland

Poor Product Quality and No Response from Customer Support
I purchased a 65W universal adapter, and within a month it stopped working due to a fused circuit. I contacted the brand multiple times requesting a replacement or repair, but even after three months and repeated follow-ups, there has been no response from their customer support team. I also purchased a 20W adapter and gifted it to a friend — unfortunately, he faced the same issue. It’s disappointing to see such poor product reliability and a complete lack of after-sales service. I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from this brand if they expect prompt and responsible customer support.
