Myo-inositol has been a game changer for me. Since having a baby, I’ve struggled with weight loss, intense cravings, and feeling sick for two weeks before my now 40-day cycles. As a PCOS girly losing weight has been frustrating because although I eat well 90% of the time and get between 8-10k steps in each day I couldn't seem to get lower than 14st9lbs and stayed like this for 2 weeks! So will see how these tablets regulate my cycle (fingers crossed) - 1 star because of the size of these. You can bite them in half but alot of the time I can feel it in the back of my throat. There's no taste so that's a plus! Also, my bowel movement has increased since taking this.

I started taking these after coming off of the pill and wanted a more natural alternative to supporting and regulating my hormones. I had been on the pill for nearly 15 years and had had enough. Being diagnosed with PCOS I’d sometimes go 6 months without a period (pre pill) and since taking them my period has slowly become like clockwork. My cycles are now pretty much every 26 days and last for 4 days. I’d always presumed and feared that due to PCOS I’d likely not be able to have children, or it’d be very hard to. So I thought, PCOS would be my contraception (whilst also being careful). Well I was wrong. To my absolute shock I am pregnant. I am 37 for context and we were not TTC. So in short, these pills are great but with consistency and just be careful what you wish for!

I order these pill on the 9/11 received them on the 11/09 started taking them as soon as I got them, it’s now 30/11 and my period started this morning I’m excited never thought I would be at the thought of having a period but I am, I have pcos so my periods are verry irregular to non exit I was on progesterone but they made my breast hurt so bad along with back I saw these and the review was positive I thought let me give them a go I can’t say i followed the instructions on the bottle and I mostly took 2 at a time and not 4 ,some days I would forgot to take them but last week I was getting these bubbling in my lower abdomen I use to get this when I was younger just before my period and behold my period had started. Deffo worth the money and would recommend I have no side affect taking these, pill are a bit big but it’s fine.

This product was delivered on time and arrived well packed. Unfortunately, after using it once, I experienced breathing discomfort, which made me feel uneasy. Because of this, I stopped using it immediately and had to throw it away. I can’t comment on effectiveness or long-term use, as I didn’t feel safe continuing after the first dose. Sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.
