Used for my 12 Year Old
Not much resistance, even for a 12 year old. We first used this on a calm day to add some resistance during short sprints, it didn't add much. We then used it into the wind with about 5 mph breeze and it seemed to work pretty well. If you are a strong runner or are an adult, you may want to look at something with a larger chute, or the double chute.
