So, I'm not a huge reviewer on Amazon but y'all - we need to talk. My man and I have had the same bed for the last 8 years - a rickety, ugly, basic metal frame our king-sized box spring and mattress would sit on. That thing was 1) ancient and 2) super unstable. But we were poor college kids. So... it worked enough. This year we decided 2020 sucked so we would try to get new carpet in our apartment courtesy of our landlord. And low-and-behold, he paid for it!!!! So because we were saving money on carpet, we bought ourselves a new bed!!! Mattress AND frame. The frame arrived a day earlier than expected - the poor AMZ delivery guy - no joke, this box is probably close to 80 lbs. BUUUUT, when we got it in and laid out all the parts, it was the EASIEST thing I've put together in ages. It included a ratchet wrench, included craaaaazy easy to follow instructions, AND it took only 20 mins or so with the two of us, start to finish. I will say, when it says "low profile" it really means it - the bed is short. But it makes our bedroom look HUGE! It's lovely. It's sturdy... you can trust that we "tested" the bed. ;) It is wonderful and I'm so thankful and will definitely be looking for more products from this brand. Their marketing, instructions, and more was perfect. #fanforlife

I recently moved into a new apartment and have been sleeping on a matress on the floor. Wasn't an ideal situation, but I did not have the budget for a 400 dollar + bed frame. I purchased this one due to the shortness (I prefer lower to the ground) and the minimal design which matches the rest of the furniture in my bedroom. I finished the build in about 45 minutes, solo, as a surprise for my boyfriend when he gets off work. The directions were very clear and I said to myself, no way will it be that easy (just a back and front of assembly directions)...but it was! All the pieces were laid out nice in the box and MOST** of the screws went in just fine... ** I had 2 issues with assembling this bed frame. 1. Step #1 did not seem to line up right. I realized shortly after that the #1 side piece had to be level. When building, I suggest putting together the headboard (just stack the 2 pieces together and it will stand by itself), then put piece #1 into the #1 joint and then into the #5 joint on the headboard side (itll make more sense with the directions in front of you). Please take this advice (for the other side too. I believe the numbers are #2 joint and #6 headboard connection)! It'll do wonders for your assembly. 2. The #8 foot closest to the headboard did not touch the ground. Very odd, but it might be an issue with my floor (my apartment is not the best quality). I easily fixed it with an extra "foot pad thing" I got with some chairs I assembled a bit ago. If you don't have one of these, you can buy one, or diy and use cardboard or something that can slide with the bed. A few notes I'd like to mention. 1. The box was VERY heavy, but the bed is not. I am frankly surprised at this. I could barely get it in the door, but when putting my rug under the bed, I could lift it with one arm. 2. It is low, but I can still fit my vaccuum under it! 3. It is super sturdy 4. The hardest part is the slats. They are velcro and you need to eye it right to make sure both sides go on straight and even. On a difficulty scale, the slats are like a 3 and the bed is maybe a 1. 5. The headboard is hollow. When installing the long bolts into the headboard to connect the side pieces, dont think too hard about getting it in the invisible hole (it's on the inside). I found it easier to be very gentle, and not overthink about where the hole is. Keep your hand level and slide it in - it should enter both holes this way. I 11/10 would recommend this purchase for anyone with the same design style. Its wonderful! It comes with an awesome wrench that is soooo much better than an Allen key (comes with one of those too). I PRAISE them for that little addition. It even has sticky tape on the slats to prevent your mattress from moving crazy, but they aren't too sticky that you can't relocate the mattress after placing it on the frame.

Just an older woman and Dobermans; sturdy enough and we love it. I have a 12-inch memory foam mattress, no springs. I got this because I love my mattress but I was tired of lifting the entire heavy mattress out of my old bed frame several inches and onto my knee to get a fitted sheet on it. This has the mattress sit on top of the frames and it's super easy to tuck everything in. It was also cinchy to put together; I had help but could probably have done it myself if I'd had to. My heavy mattress does not slide on it. The low headboard holds in my pillows, yet shows off my wall hanging behind -- the headboard does not show when the bed is made. The bed is light and easy to move on my vinyl flooring, high enough to easily mop or dust underneath; I have no need to store anything under it. It's very low to the ground so it will be easy for aging dogs to get on and off the bed safely without needing steps. The only drawback is that balls *do* roll underneath and I have to get on my hands and knees to retrieve them, but draft dodgers can solve that problem if needed.

Truthfully, I wanted the Zinus frame with the wood head board. It looks similar but this one is more basic and modern and doesn't have that industrial look I wanted. Overall, ok. After waiting for a couple weeks for the other one to restock on Amazon, I finally just ordered this one cause I really needed a frame and this one was my second choice. It's not bad at all. I am short (5'4), so the height off the ground is perfect for me. I also like how the lower rise of it looks more modern. It holds my Casper foam mattress very well. It feels durable and doesn't move around at all. At least for right now, it feels like it is going to hold up well. This is unlike some Ikea bed frames I've had. This one feels sturdy, immediately. It is EASY to put together. It comes with everything you need and easy instructions.

I have my bed for 4 years now and I love it! The perfect fit for small spaces, firm frame. I have moved twice and is so easy to breakdown and ensamble it.

It was super easy to put together I would have givin it a 4 1/2 star but that’s not an option but it’s closer to a five so. We had a couple spots with the frame that we had to pull out a hammer to get them to slide in together cause the metal was a bit bent but if anything having them shoved into place makes it all the more sturdy! When I was struggling and asked my boyfriend for a hammer he gave me a bit of a confused look and handed it to me, and I just hammered the frame into place I was sitting there thinking it’s a bit janky to do that but hey it works and it’s together and sturdy! An entire star here is the way the frame was packaged! The styrofoam was wrapped in plastic so it didn’t make a mess or any god awful noises. As well as it came with a ratcheting Allen wrench which was incredible! It doesn’t move and the way the slats are put in place is super easy and convenient. They are just Velcroed in place as well as stay in place tape for the Mattress! I love this bed frame I can see why we see them come through our building at amazon all the time!

Easy to assemble. I've been using this for a year and a half now, and have moved it 4 times (yep, 4 times in a year and a half.) Anyway, twice I didn't even have to take it apart, as it fit through the door and onto the truck as is, and the slats didn't even fall off with the bed standing up. Of course, the move was less than a mile, so your results might be different. I was going to go down to four stars because it seems a little flimsy and when my son (toddler) got under it once I had to make a rule that he couldn't go under there. I'm not afraid of it falling when I'm sleeping or anything, and it has put up with quite a bit of abuse, but once he was under there with people on top of the bed it just didn't seem as strong anymore. But it doesn't seem fair to knock off a star just because I'm afraid of something that didn't actually happen. We've used it with risers in the past. That's a bit weird because it doesn't really have feet on the foot and head, and I think not sitting flat on the floor contributed to it feeling flimsy. It's flat on the floor now and it seems a lot stronger. I'm always using objects that are right at the bottom of the price range for their type of object, and this is one that has worked out so far. I don't regret buying it, and if it broke I would probably buy another. I bet there are dozens or hundreds of better choices for a bed, but I paid $149 and for that price I think I came out a winner on this one.

We’ve had this bedframe for almost 3 years and will be ordering another one for our guest room! They are very durable and we haven’t had any troubles with it! It is super low, so it’s hard to fit much under it!

I'm very happy with this purchase. With many products online, it can be challenging making the right choice and I'm glad I was led to get this bed frame. The delivery person brought it up as I had requested, even though there's no elevator, and assembling it was easy for us. I like that items are numbered, wooden parts are held together, and sticky for holding mattress in place. Tried it after assembly and no squeaking. The modern look is appreciated!

When I purchased this bed I didn’t expect much due to the price point. I am thoroughly impressed at the quality of this bed. The ratcheting tool they give is high quality and easy to use. Good job on thi product.

Love this. Simple, clean look. So, so, so easy to put together. Came with it's own little ratcheting wrench. Clearest instructions and assembly ever (granted I am comparing this to Ikea where the second person isn't needed for the assembly but to help interpret the instructions or find a suitable substitute for missing parts). Did need help carrying it into the apartment as it is heavy, but set up was no problem on my own. Very sturdy. Have been using it for a long time now and it is still sturdy. No chips or damage. Great purchase.

I was worried about assembling the bedframe alone as the instructions state Teamwork prefered and there were reviews about screws not fitting. I am a small female with a bad back and had no difficulty at all. There were ledges that pretty much held the frame up by itself while I put the screws in. Everything aligned and the ratchet tool worked very well. Extra screws of both types were included but I did not need them. I believe the frame will be very sturdy. It looks sleek except where the headboard is welded (see photos). Since that isnot a load-bearing area of the bed I think they could have sealed it in a nicer way with just a thin line of stuff.

Worth every shilling.
