Very good.
Had to make a bechamel sauce for a gluten free casserole and read that plantain flour was the best...other flours don’t work as well. It was great...the entire crowd loved it and only one person is gluten free. The flour isn’t white, so the sauce won’t be either, he daipuce, but the recipe called for lots of paprika, so it didn’t matter. The flavor and texture were both great.
