It integrates perfectly with other Ball Hog training gear for a comprehensive basketball skill upgrade.

## Description

The Ball Hog Off Hand Shooting Aid is the coach-designed tool that fixes the most overlooked problem in basketball — an overactive guide hand that pushes shots off target. Created by Coach Godwin with 20+ years of basketball coaching and training experience, this aid trains your off hand to stay passive during your shot release so your shooting hand can do its job correctly. The result is a cleaner release, straighter ball flight, and dramatically more consistent shooting percentage from every spot on the floor. Simply strap the aid to your guide hand during shooting drills and let your muscle memory rebuild around proper mechanics. Most players see noticeable improvement within 1-2 weeks of consistent daily use. Available for youth players ages 8 through adult. Pairs perfectly with Ball Hog Weighted Gloves and Bump Pad for a complete basketball training system trusted by coaches and players nationwide.

Review: Perfect gift to help with shooting - Greatly helped with the improvement of my son's shot.
Review: Solid - It seems solid, but my son just pushes with it and it didn't stop the thumb on off-hand from being part of the shooting problem. I could see the elastic stretching like other review say, but seems to be holding together for us now.
