How frequently does the filter need to be changed?

Hello, replace the filter swab every three months

I use this at night when i sleep. how do i turn the light off? i only see how to make it static.

There is no way to turn off the light. I thought that the light would go off by itself bit it don't cut off.

Can you put oils, for sents?

The instructions specifically say do not use oils in this product.

Distilled water why not?

I guess you can use distilled water. I just use regular tap water.
