Good quality and keeps my blood pressure at bay! Would recommend to anyone looking to help with there blood pressure.

Some results, but caused other problems
I did notice a slight lowering of blood pressure after taking the product for several weeks. I know there are many benefits of taking garlic supplements, so I am only speaking about my own experience with this product. I found that this had a "laxative" effect on me, which wasn't a good thing in my case. I also noticed in my research that garlic pills shouldn't be taken with certain medications, which was possibly why they were having a bad effect on my digestive system.
