do they have a filter screen in the tips?

They do but the material is hard to clean. I had issues with them wearing out fast and the screen not being very durable

Do they work with the Buds 2 as well as the pro?

Yes, they fit. Although they stick out a tad bit further

All of my Samsung buds eartips size were medium up to now, will medium size fit me as original ones? or should i go with Assorted ones?

Can only speak for myself, but I also used the Comply mediums on the Buds Pro. The newer model fits great on the Buds Pro 2. The tips for the Pro 2 and original pro are different where it attaches to the actual earbud. I purchased a set of mediums. Didn't want to pay for the sizes that were useless to me.

How do you clean the tips of earwax or how often should you replace them?

Alcohol wipe to clean them and I replaced them every other month
