Have had these before and they are ok for night time sleeping. Quite thin with excellent adhesive and would certainly recommend as full coverage so no leaks

I brought this product because it specifically stated it was for ‘heavy flow’. Compared with Always it is very disappointing. It is not as absorbent and I regret ordering a multipack and will be returning to Always.
