great laptop!
Received my HP laptop touchscreen earlier this month and I have to admit so far it has been performing very well. Great price, touchable and fast, very easy to set up

Great Laptop for the Price
Great laptop for the price so far. I didn't need it for anything fancy, just school work and a couple of games. No issues and I enjoy the 15.6 screen. Easy to setup, easy to use.

Great laptop
I am so happy with this hp 15.6 laptop. The large touch screen makes it easy for me to write and update the websites and social media. I love having the option of a touch screen. Its light weight and a quality product. Its also fast, I have been able to use it for four hours with plenty of juice for more. The setup was easy. Fits nearly almost anywhere.

Great for the price
I use this mainly for zoom meetings and email and a program that is WIndows only. For the price it works great for basic computing esp for a student, limited budget, not built for games.

Good inexpensive laptop
I bought this b/c I needed the cables on the right side. Win 11 was difficult to learn. Sound is not great. I did not know that the quality of the speakers would affect the price. I now use external speakers. Overall, this is the best laptop for the money. I replace my laptop every 2 to 3 years so I am not going to pay $1000 for one. I don't do anything fancy.

Defective product/poor customer service
product is defective according to Geek Squad and not useable. I spoke to a rep and he said he would mail a return label which I have not yet received.

Buenos días, el equipo es realmente liviano y muy fácil de transportar. Al momento lo he utilizado poco pero tiene buen rendimiento. La pila tiene larga duración. Lo único que no me gusto es que el teclado (físico) es de un equipo de estados unidos, me hubiera gustado recibir uno con teclado en español, pero igual lo que hice fue cambiar el idioma predeterminado. saludos
