Clair de Lune Moses Basket Mattress Protector 74 x 28 cm

Either this item was labeled as the wrong product and sent to me, or it is the correct item and simply does not fit the Palm mattress it is intended for. Very disappointed, as you can see from the pictures the mattress bunches up when the cover is put on making it very unsafe for a baby who could press their face against the bulged material inhibiting breathing. It is impossible to flatten down. As a first time mum to a newborn, I could do without the hassle of this product at 3am in the morning... I simply can't use it. Unfortunately I was advised my purchase is outside their warranty window and so have been left out of pocket.

Despite being product matched to the matching mattress sold by Clair de Lune, this mattress cover doesn’t fit the mattress and bends it in half. I’ve had several of them and all are the same and I’ve even liaised with Clair de Lune and they have sent me replacement ones out and they are still terrible. Don’t buy the bundle directly from them either as the same issue occurs.

I bought this to fit the palm moses basket. I wanted to make sure it was the perfect fit so bought both the mattress and protector from Clair de Lune. I’m not sure if they sent me the wrong size, or if there was another issue, but this is far too small and incredibly dangerous for babies as it does not provide the flat surface required for safe sleeping. I now see other reviewers have mentioned this, although some seem to have no issue, so no idea what’s going on with this product!

Quite poor quality, vey plastiky. Seems that elastic band too thight, makes the clair de lune mattress completely bend when applied.

Too small. Made sure this was the correct size mattress protector and for the correct moses basket. It is too small and scrunches up the mattress which is dangerous.

Nothing wrong with the purchase but it was too small for the mattress I had.

Too small! I bought this for our carry cot having measured it to be this size. This has barey any fabric to fit around the mattress and folds it when I put it on. It is waterproof and otherwise ok, but the sizing is definitely off

Having read some reviews I wasn't sure if this would fit the oyster 4 carrycot mattress properly, but pleased to say it did. Doesn't bend it out of shape either.
