I was very reluctant to buy this item after reading all the negative Amazon reviews. Thus far, I could not be happier with this purchase. Everything works perfectly. The biggest issue was removing it from the box. The instructions were good and it was easy to assemble. I will provide an update if I have any problems. UPDATE - The incline motor developed an issue causing a clunking noise during incline and decline. Nordictrack indicated the motor needed replacement. I returned everything to Amazon within 90 days for a refund. It was a hassle.

Nothing but PROBLEMS
My boyfriend bought me this bike prior to covid!! I was super excited, but 1 year after it was purchased the screen stopped connecting to the bike. Defeating the whole purpose of this technology!! I wish I had never bought or received. I even paid for the extended warranty!! Nobody will help or send a tech out to resolve!! Do not buy!!!

Worst software ever
Do not even begin to decide whether you should invest in this bike. The software is so unbelievably terrible for the price. Buyer beware.
