Effective and easy to use!
I’ve been using this seven-pin blood lancet for a few weeks now and I’m very impressed. It’s easy to use, precise, and causes minimal discomfort compared to single-pin devices. The multi-pin design makes the process faster and more consistent!

Good quality adjustable lancing device
This item is a lancing device with 200 needles and includes forceps. The concept here is similar to what I do for taking my blood sugar. You poke the skin with a needle to draw blood. This lancing device hold 5 needles instead of the one I am accustomed to. Critical to successful use is making sure everything is sterile. I use alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to serialize the lancing device part that touches the skin. I also use alcohol pads to clean the skin area being worked on. The lancing device allows you to adjust the depth of the needles going into the skin. You want to try to get it so it doesn't go too deep, but draws blood when cupping. I use a higher gauge needle for my blood sugar monitoring, which hurts less. Plus you get poked 5 times at one with this device. You need to have a cupping set to use as well. I've tested this lancing device out on my legs and it hurt a bit. I then used a few of my cups with built in suction. Not a pleasant site if you don't do well with blood. The lancing device works well. The downside is that I can't get my wife to do my back. For overall success with the cupping effort you need a willing partner to help out. Overall, I think this is a good device to do what it's intended for. I do want to underscore the need to keep everything sterilized to avoid bacterial infection.

Easy for wet cubbing
Good product but you have to press very tight on the skin before poking and need to poke a lot to see results with wet cubbing. You need to do it at least 4 to 5 times around your skin before placing the cub.

Thick lancet, device doesn't fit regular lancet available in the pharmacy
The lancet are very thick and leave big mark that lasts longer than it should be. That's why, I bought thiner lancet from the pharmacies to use them instead but they didn't fit in the device. They should make the device the way it can fit the standard lancet available in the pharmacy so the device can be useful. Not happy with the purchase, now I am searching again for better device and waisting more time.
