The two sets of screws supplied were not long enough to reach through and screw into the other handle. I had to special order longer screws from Grainger to fit, as I needed them asap since I had holes already drilled in my door and did not want to deal with a lengthly return process through amazon.The threads were not of the best quality and sheared off when screwing them in, causing them to become stuck partially installed. I had no choice but to grind off the screws to remove the partially installed handles from the door. Since the receiving threads on the handles were sheared off the handles are un-usable.It's too bad, because the handles were beautiful on the outside, but the threaded "washer" they use on the inside is a thin and worthless. ### ⭐⭐⭐ We love them despite they keep getting loose *by P***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2018* After being in service for several months the keep coming loose... othwr than that these are just phenomenal we love them.
