FANTASTIC WI-FI SYSTEM
I'll start by saying a little bit about my situation--I live with my parents, and we live in a house of about 2200 square foot house with a shed that's about thirty feet or less from the house. We were looking for a Mesh Wi-Fi system that would cover our entire house as well as reach out to that shed (my Dad uses that for his workshop and has a TV etc.). We have one option for internet, and one noncable or satellite option for TV, so after searching and trying multiple systems. I ended up with Netgear. This system has by far been the best for our needs. It says connected, is fast, was easy to set up (I'm tech savvy--someone who would be able to set it up within a reasonable amount of time if you follow directions). My personal recommendation is if you have trouble with the Orbi app go online and use the website--for whatever reason, the app WOULD NOT work for me. This system has reconnected automatically or with little issues after a power outage. I also love the Netgear/Orbi website that allows me to customize settings (both security, name my network etc.). As far as the system looks that really is a personal preference. I don't think they're bad. I really can't recommend this system or even Netgear/Orbi enough.

ORBI mesh router
It works, had no wifi in the far part of my basement. Installed the 2 within 20 feet of each other and now the wifi reaches all the way thru the house. When power goes out they self correct/sync and if not it is as simple as pressing a button on the back to resync. Had my doubts reading a lot of reviews, if your not a rocket scientist You can handle these. No loss in speed, the only thing I have yet to experience is a second FW update, had an older router brick iiself after that but that was years ago. Fyi the lights are not on all the time only when booting up or syncing to each other and the color determines the state. Pretty easy mesh unit, good luck

Worst Product Purchase 2024...By Far!
The worst product I purchased in 2024. While the coverage was decent when it worked, it was completely unreliable. Setup not as easy as others. In the first month, unstable, it disconnected multiple times in my 5,000-square-foot home, to be fair, a couple were weather related. The issue was not only that it disconnected but that it wouldn't regain a connection without hours of attention. I had to call their help desk repeatedly and even purchase a year-long support package. Every time it disconnected, I had to go through a tedious reset process involving their portal, DNS changes, and other technical steps I didn’t care to learn about. One time, I spent 12 hours on the phone just to restore my internet—not just the Orbi extenders, but my entire internet connection was affected due to the changes recommendedby the "help" desk. I own Arlo cameras, which have been flawless for over five years, but these Orbis were a nightmare. Unfortunately, I missed the 30-day return window by a week, so I am stuck with $400 worth of oversized paperweights. I eventually switched to Eeros and couldn’t be happier. Even after power outages, the internet and all my smart devices—Samsung Hub, Amazon Alexas, Arlo cameras, Google Nest cameras, Ecobee thermostats, lights, and plugs—reconnect seamlessly when the power is restored. I would never recommend this version of the Orbi extender to anyone.

Worked well initially, but no longer. Disappointing given the premium price paid for the product.
Product is performed well in the first 6 months, as per expectations. The wifi signals were strong in the house. This is much better than all prior routers I had got from SingTel. However, since then multiple problems have started. Initially, stopped receiving signals from the bedroom furthest from the primary device, despite one of the Orbi wireless routers in the room. Subsequently, the internet access started randomly stopping in the entire house. Followed all the instructions as provided in the Netgear website, including getting the telco (SingTel) to re-set and even provide a new set-top box to receive the primary signal, but to no avail. The frustrating part is that the Netgear Singapore office/store has declined any support, as the product was not purchased directly from them.

Some problems with setup using the app.
Tried to setup using the app that had my previous system, an RBR20 active. It failed twice to properly setup the RBR760 by confusing the 2 routers. One time it quit while declaring the router was already setup. The second time it finished but when I rebooted and logged back on it again declared setup needed to be performed. Ended up using direct cable connection from my computer. That worked perfectly. Then I had a problem activating the Armor subscription. It kept failing. I failed to update the firmware because the only available was a beta. I dont like to install beta firmware on routers. After calling support and starting a claim , I found that this unit was a resale from a Costco purchase. When support was not able to help they pushed it off for 24 hours for someone else to work on. I checked the firmware notes and found that it was a patch to fix the Armor install. So I flashed all 3 units and it finally worked. Now just arguing with Support to transfer my paid Armor to the new router or cancel it on the old one. Asian and Indian support is not pleasant to deal with. Waiting another 24 hours to get another phone number by email to call and discuss again. When it works its great, when it needs support its a pain to say the least. When working the RBR760 is a great router.
