Absolute cheap garbage. It's basically stiff cardboard felt, the kind of thing you'd pay $2.50 for at the party store. Charging $14 for this is hilariously bad. I knew it would be a costume item when I bought it, but for $14 it should be a halfway decent costume item. Not the case!
