I purchased the RY-WHO1 Rythflo headset after I bought expensive Bose 700 headphones. Surprisingly, I prefer the RY-WHO1 in several important ways. It is extremely lightweight and comfortable. It stays securely in place when I walk, exercise, or even dance, whereas the Bose tends to shift around on my head. Pairing with both my mobile phone and my TV has always been quick and effortless. The sound clarity is exceptional, especially for TV dialogue and voice reproduction. Many headsets emphasize bass or loudness, but this one delivers remarkably clear speech while still providing bass response that is very good for such a lightweight unit. I had a question for customer service once, and the response was fast, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Charging is another pleasant surprise because it only takes a few minutes to get a full charge. Most importantly, this headset has been completely reliable for two years. When the time eventually comes to replace it, I will absolutely buy another RY-WHO1. In my experience, it is an excellent product.

I wanted to write a quick review to highlight the customer support I received from Rythflo and to provide some info to help folks make a decision on if these style headphones will work for you. I purchased a set of WH-01's on Amazon 5 months ago. This company and their products were new to me but because of their price points I decided to check it out. My trusty Bose SoundSports finally died on me and have recently been discontinued so I needed a new pair headphones/earbuds specifically for working out. I chose this headset for a few reasons; first I am a very heavy sweater and need something that will be protected during my cardio days, then I have small ear canals so wireless earbuds like my AirPod Pros (which I use for work) or similar type devices that have a little bit of weight to them tend to fall out of my ear when I do any kind of physical activity so I prefer the type of small earbuds I can securely place into my ear canal, lastly I prefer a wired/hybrid earbud so I can take one earbud out and let it dangle or stick in my shirt to hear/listen to anything/anyone hands free which is also helpful in case the earbud does fall out it won't go rolling around the dirty floor. I chose the WH-01's over all of their offerings because even though it was Rythflo's basic offering, it provided everything I needed for a workout specific headset and there wasn't a need for any of the other features their other headphones offered since I have other headphones that I use for other scenarios like work and travel. With that being said, the sound quality is great, I have actually taken calls and used them for meetings and they have seemed to work just fine so I have zero complaints about these especially at their price point. I was considering purchasing a pair of Beats Powerbeats Fits and getting a third-party lanyard for them but I didn't want to spend another $200-plus on a headset that I'm going to intentionally sweating all over. The only thing I don't like about them is they can be annoying when performing specific exercises where you are leaning back; bench-press, abs, rowing, etc... I have been able to make it work by putting a full twist in the wires before placing the earbuds in. Its not perfect but it works. My suggestion to Rythflo would be, it would be nice if there was an option (for when needed) to clip the two ends of the neckband together in the front of the neck so it doesn't fall off when leaning back. If you are concerned that the neck band will get in the way while doing back squat don't be, I have not had any issue with this, the bar sits well below the headset. After 5 months of heavy use my set would not hold a charge anymore. I decided to reach out to Rythflo's customer service through the Amazon app. I provided screen shots of my Amazon purchase as my proof of purchase and I received a reply from them within 72 hours. Not a hit on them but more so because of all of the scams online these days, I decided to respond to the email I received from them by sending my response/correspondence through their customer service link on the Amazon App instead of replying directly to their email. They once again responded to me fairly quickly, apologizing for the battery issue and to notify me that they were sending me a new pair. Sure, the battery issue has been an inconvenience but because of how active I am and because of how much I sweat I never expect my workout headphones to last very long. But yes, 5 months is short. HOWEVER, I would say that because of the performance of the headset, the overall quality at the price point and now the positive customer service I have received from them I would highly recommend Rythflo's offerings for someone that is looking for a headset with similar criteria's as mine. If I can get over a year of use out of the replacement pair that they are sending me, then I will continue to order new ones as needed.

I don't write a lot of reviews. It has to be really bad or really good for me to take the time. I have to say I am impressed with these cheap earbuds, but I only use them for one situation and environment; mowing. I use them in conjunction with earmuffs to seal out as much noise as possible. To caveat ALL of my ratings here, I am giving them with one overall consideration of these earbuds; THE PRICE. So, for the price they have been pretty amazing. I have used them for a year and a half now. The buds are simple to use and pair with my Android. The tips are pretty comfortable and seal well, but not enough to totally eliminate the sound of a mower engine. The sound quality is also very good when I compare them to my more expensive Bose and Klipsch earbuds that I don't want to risk destroying while working outdoors or mowing. What I have been most impressed with is there durability when it comes to how I treat them; especially the battery. They have gotten hung up on tree branches a few times and have taken that well, but most impressive is that the batter lasts forever on a charge and they keep working even after I just leave them sitting in my shop. My shop is not insulated, heated or cooled. I leave these earbuds out there when not in use. In the winter I don't even use them and they just lay on my mower until spring. When I went to use them this spring, They still had a full charge after I charged them in October when I put the mowing equipment away. At times, the temp is 0 degrees F or lower out there. In the summer, I mow typically once a week for 2 hours using the buds and I leave them in the shop, which is anywhere from 100-125 degrees F during the day. Last week the battery was at 60 percent! I cannot believe that they still work and sound good after the temperature deviations during storage OR that I have only charged them once (when they weren't even fully discharged). Mine may be the odd set, I don't know, but I am tempted to get another. UPDATE: It is May 6, 2025 and mowing season has started. Everything I said previously still stands. I left them in the shop all winter after charging them in the fall, plugged them in my ears a couple of weeks ago to mow and it was like I had just pulled them out of the box. Still sound good for the $$ and still work. If they broke tomorrow, they don't owe me a damn thing in my opinion.

GREAT battery life. A quick 5 minute charge when you're running late will give you hours of juice. The sound is remarkable for this low price. Comfortable, comes with extra replacement earbuds than your standard headphones. I had to take off one star because one side has stopped working after one year, but to be fair, I put a lot of wear and tear on it such as sleeping wile wearing them. It's probably all my fault.

I’ve gone through several neckband Bluetooth headphones over the years, and usually one side stops working after about a year. I bought my first Rythflo pair in 2024 and was so happy with them that about a year later I bought a second pair in a different color so I could rotate between them and easily tell which one was charged. What impressed me most is that even after heavy daily use — I wear them constantly, even while sleeping — neither pair ever stopped working. After nearly 2 years, both sets showed some physical wear from being used so much, but the sound quality and performance were still excellent. I contacted customer service mostly hoping for advice or maybe a discount, and instead Ashley from support went completely above and beyond. She responded quickly, replaced both sets, patiently helped me get the color combination I needed, and even resolved a strange shipping issue without any hassle. It’s rare these days to find both a product that lasts and customer service that truly stands behind it. Excellent headphones and exceptional support. Easy five stars.

If I could give this one less than a star, like most people say I will give it a none. I am arrived. Packaging was well. The fit was well. It was even charged. Pretty much all is good points. This thing has a short in the volume control, it continually disconnects from my phone, even though they are within 1 foot of each other, and it also has a habit of just completely turning off without pushing any buttons. I bought this to replace a headset that was great fit well but one of the earbuds went out. I have bought my girlfriend one and wanna hurt earbuds went out within about a year, but other than that they’re fantastic headsets. Unfortunately, I thought this one would be a great replacement because all the reviews I was seeing. Don’t waste your money for your time. Scroll on and pick a different headset.

Honestly an excellent product, I love it, I really like it, it sounds perfect. Not only that, the connection is fabulous, and it also sounds perfect when I get calls. It gives me total freedom. I couldn't have chosen better. I recommend it 100 percent.

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 6S Plus to an iPhone 14 Pro Max. One feature I gave up in the upgrade was the 3.5mm headphone jack which I used to plug in my Skullcandy Ink’d In-Ear earphones to listen to audiobooks or music as I fell asleep. I tried using the Tribit FlyBuds C1, Tribit FlyBuds C2, and Tribit FlyBuds 3 Bluetooth earbuds to listen as I fell asleep, but my ears would simply hurt the next morning from the hard plastic of the earbuds. What I needed was a Bluetooth replacement for my Skullcandy Ink’d In-Ear earphones. It was then that I remembered that prior to the popularity of Bluetooth earbuds you could purchase Bluetooth neckband earphones. Skullcandy has their version, but I settled on the Rythflo Bluetooth Headphones, 5.2 Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds w/mic in-ear Magnetic Neckband Earphone. The first thing you notice is the excellent build quality. The front cavity of the headphone (near the magnetic part) is made of metal while the near part of the earbuds is made of plastic. This gives the Rythflo earbuds a very solid feel that fits comfortably in your ear. The shape of the earbud also makes it easy to grasp to insert and remove from your ear. The earbuds are clearly labeled for the left (L) and right (R) channels so there is no confusion over which ear the earbuds go into. As advertised the earbuds will connect together magnetically which keeps them from getting tangled up; a feature I did not realize was so convenient and useful until I started using these headphones. The controls are dead simple with a single Multi-Function Button (MFB) and Volume Up and Down Buttons. I particularly like the USB-C connector for charging versus the older style Micro-USB connector used on older Bluetooth devices. This means I have to carry around fewer varieties of charging cables for my portable devices. I used the Rythyflo for nearly a week (using them to listen to music or an audiobook as I fell asleep) before I had to recharge them. They definitely live up to their claim of 30 hours of battery life before needing a recharge. The audio quality is top-notch as well. The best part of these earbuds is that they are much smaller than my old Skullcandy Ink’d earbuds and sit very comfortably in my ears. I now wake up in the morning with absolutely no ear pain after falling asleep with them in my ears throughout the night. I highly recommend the Rythflo Bluetooth Headphones, 5.2 Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds w/mic in-ear Magnetic Neckband Earphone for anyone else finding themselves in a similar situation.

I bought this after reading the reviews and as for the design it's pretty good. Regarding the sound, it is a bit muddy, the high frequencies have been cut off a bit early. Not the same as my Bose headphones but it's ok for the price.
