I just did mine on a 2006 E350 and it was really easy. You may need to drill out the rivits holding the factory unit but that’s the hardest part. The new unit will screw in with supplies bolts. **Q: Are the screws included?** A: Yes **Q: I need left rear door driver side upper latch and cable not lower for 2008 E-250???** A: I need the upper left side rear door latch and cable as well. I ordered the bottom already but a video would help.
